MEP ENGINEERING DESIGN

Lone Star MEPI's experience in the residential sector ranges from single family homes to the planning of entire neighborhoods. We help developers, architects, home builders, and property managers deliver successful and profitable residential developments in their associated MEP and building energy systems infrastructure.

We design with air quality, comfort and energy efficiency in mind.

Our experience extends into the design of resilient MEP systems for building portfolios like restaurants, retails, religious institutions, warehouses, etc. We prioritize resource-efficient technologies to minimize energy and water consumption in buildings and help achieve their thermal comfort, indoor air quality and sustainability goals.
